Presales help us save on waste by knowing what customers want so that we can have it ready during the pickup window.  We email all customers with reminders to come pick up their pre-orders when the products are ready and we send reminder emails half-way through the pick-up windows to customers that haven't yet retrieved their orders.  If your order is not picked up, we reserve the right to give you store credit in lieu of a product that is no longer in peak condition.  Presale orders are non-refundable.
